Robert graduated from American University Washington College of Law and is licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
Fluent in Spanish and active leader in Maryland’s legal community, Robert serves as Secretary of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association and Chair of its Professional Development Committee. He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice, and Maryland Bar Foundation, and a graduate of the MSBA Leadership Academy. His tenacity in advocating for his clients earned him the nickname “El Güero Guerrero.”

Jani graduated from American University Washington College of Law. Born and raised in Guerrero, Mexico, she immigrated to the United States as a teenager and is licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Jani built her legal career representing individuals in immigration and employment matters. A native Spanish speaker, she draws on her legal experience and her own journey as an immigrant to understand and advocate for individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
